Hockey Wales talent development pathway allows for players to engage, grow and excel in hockey and create a system for all.
The 360 hockey centre programme is a ground breaking initiative that focuses on talent development and allows and encourages players to engage, grow and excel in hockey and create a system for all.
The programme is set out to develop future international players for Wales and this is achieved through a delivery structure that aims to develop the 5 rings of performance; performance; technical, tactical, lifestyle, mental skills and strength & conditioning.
360 hockey centres are run over a series of months in the year allowing the talent development and growth of players to take place over a period of time. Each 360 hockey centre will deliver a structured holistic development programme that will ensure consistent delivery across Wales.
This will then be supported by specific playing opportunities for players to put into practice what they have been learning, with the introduction of the Super Sunday series.
