Swansea Ladies maintained their stranglehold on the Welsh Cup with a convincing victory over UWIC. Sarah Sloane continued her recent spate of goals when converting a penalty corner after just 4'. Natalie Blyth contributed a brace of penalty corner goals with some slick routines before half time to ensure the result was never in doubt. UWIC had few chances against a tight defence although the Swansea 'keeper, Llian Trew was called into action on a number of occasions. Swansea however showed their National League class and were always in control. Sloane scored her second and Swansea's 4th following some swift interlinking passing before Nia Fowler completed the victory with yet another penalty corner goal.
