Big training weekend for Wales Squads
The national age group under 18 and under 16 boys squads commenced their new training regime under the watchful eye of Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach Danny Newcombe this week-end. There will also be an introduction to sports psychology. This is ahead of their matches with the British Asian Hockey Association at the National Hockey Stadium in Cardiff tomorrow Sunday 16th May starting at 1.30pm. Also this week-end, the under-16 girls are training at Swansea and the U21 girls have a full session at UWIC both with competitive matches as part of their programme.
