Team Tyler gear up for Scotland!

Wales Under-16s Training

The U16s are now only a month away from their voyage northwards to Inverclyde, Scotland for their 4 Nations tournament.
Both squads are in training again this weekend. The girls are in army mode for their weekend at Clyne Farm in Swansea where they will be put through their paces on the pitch by Head Coach Clare Harvie and off the pitch in the form of the giant mud assault course that is the Farm’s main attraction.
The boys are in Cardiff and will face tough opposition in the shape of Cardiff & UWIC on Saturday and Whitchurch on Sunday. Both men’s teams will be in high spirits after their recent successes in Europe but Gareth Tyler is confident the U16 Boys will relish the chance to play against the more experienced opponents. He says “We have a relatively young group of players this year but they have lots of energy and enthusiasm and are all keen to show what they can do against the cream of Welsh Clubs”.
The U16 squads Travel up to Scotland on Monday 20th July.
