Wales U16 Girls Squad 'United' with sponsorship
The WHU Ltd is very grateful to the Unite Union at Ford Motor Company in Port Talbot for their recent kind donation of £500 to the Wales U16 Girls Hockey Squad. Running an International Hockey Squad is an expensive business and, with funding for hockey in this age group limited, the financial burden, in the main, falls on the players. This valued contribution from Unite went towards funding the cost of the teams’ participation at the U16 Home Nations Tournament held in Largs in Scotland.
