Bridgend & The Vale Fundays

Come and try your hand at this great sport at one of two (or both!) Fundays organised over the Easter break by Judith Powell (Hockey Agent) at Cowbridge Comprehensive School on 5th April and Bryntirion Comprehensive School on 9th April. Both sessions run from 10:00 to 15:00 with the fee being just £6 for each day. Bishopston win U16 Girls School title for 3rd successive year

The first final of the 2012 / 2013 Schools tournaments was played at Glyndwr University, Wrexham on 21st February with the top eight U16 teams in Wales taking part in a two pool tournament.

Cardiff & UWIC A and Swansea Uni clinch promotion in Davis Wood Leagues

With three victories in 6 days, the latest being last night with a 4-1 win over Bristol University A, Cardiff & UWIC were confirmed as being promoted to the Premiership division for the 1st time since the joint leagues were formed many years ago.

For one night only - Friday Night hockey is back!!!!!!

After a few weeks of discussion with EHL the rearranged Cardiff & UWIC v Whitchurch game will take place on Friday 8th March at 19:30 (push back 20:00). The game, which will be taking place at the National Hockey Centre in Cardiff, will see the two top men's teams in Wales do battle again in what is always a feisty encounter.
