As the best representatives of hockey in Wales, the programme is a performance environment where athletes are supported in all areas when it comes to achieving their potential, both mentally and physically. Players have access to a wide range of resources, which includes access to coaches, managers, specialist sports medicine and sports science staff to aid in training and recovery, allowing players to achieve their potential. The Performance Training Squad includes players aged 18+ (or younger if in AspireGB) who have the potential to play on a senior international level for Wales A or the Wales team.
