Please note the following cancellation policy applies should you cancel your place on this course: 

• Cancelled less than 7 business days prior to the start of the course – no refund will be given except in exceptional circumstances.  Evidence may be required. 

• Cancellation more than 7 business days prior to the start of the course – a full refund will be issued. 

• If you are accessing the course via the Hockey Wales HE Offer and fail to attend without providing notice you will incur a minimum £10 surcharge on your failure to attend. 

 

Please note: Hockey Wales reserves the right to cancel the course if it is not financially viable.  In the event of cancellation by Hockey Wales, an alternative option will be offered, or a full refund will be issued.  Hockey Wales accepts no liability for any other expenditure incurred or loss sustained to the learner.
