Leah Wilkinson
Leah currently holds the record for being the most capped Welsh athlete of all time. Having gained her first Senior International cap in 2004 against Ireland the defender continued to rack up the caps whilst studying at Loughborough University where, following graduation, she went on to become a history teacher. Leah has gone on to play in numerous international competitions including 3 Commonwealth Games to date starting in Delhi in 2010, followed by Glasgow in 2014 and, most recently, in 2018 at the Gold Coast. Having been part of the GB squad that achieved Olympic Qualification to Tokyo, Leah has since gone on to represent GB on a number of occasions, inclduing the 2020 Olympics where she won a bronze medal
