The Board of Directors of the Welsh Hockey Union Ltd., trading as Hoci Cymru, gives notice to members that the General Meeting (GM) will take place on Thursday 11th July, at 19.00 p.m. venues to be confirmed.
Any member* wishing to place a motion or resolution on the GM Agenda must do so in writing to the Company Secretary by Thursday 16th May 2024. The Company Secretary role is held by Debbie Wakeford – debbie.wakeford@hockeywales.org.uk
The GM Agenda, papers, nomination details, voting requirements and proxy forms will be released no later than Thursday 20th June 2024.
