The Board of Directors of the Welsh Hockey Union Ltd., trading as Hoci Cymru, have released the papers for the forthcoming General Meeting taking place on Thursday 9th July 2026, at 19.00 p.m. at Sport Wales National Centre, Cardiff and on-line.
 
Information regarding attending and voting has been sent to directly to every member club, school and association situated in Wales for registration before 19.00 p.m. on Tuesday 7th July.
