The Board of Directors of the Welsh Hockey Union Ltd., trading as Hoci Cymru, gives notice to members that the General Meeting (GM) will take place on Thursday 10th July 2025, at 19.00 p.m. at Sport Wales National Centre and on-line.

 

Any member* wishing to place a motion or resolution on the GM Agenda must do so in writing to the Company Secretary by Thursday 15th May 2025. The Company Secretary role is held by Debbie Wakeford – debbie.wakeford@hockeywales.org.uk

 

The Board of Directors is currently undertaking an effectiveness review, to ensure that we are fit for the future. The results of this review will affect the composition of the Board.   The results of the review will be presented at the GM together with the process and timescales for the election / appointment of additional directors.

The GM papers will be released no later than Thursday 19th June 2025.
