The Board of Directors of the Welsh Hockey Union Ltd., trading as Hockey Wales, gives notice to members that the General Meeting (GM) will take place on Thursday 27th July, at 19.00 p.m. venues to be confirmed

Any member* wishing to place a motion or resolution on the GM Agenda must do so in writing to the Company Secretary by Thursday 1st June 2023. The Company Secretary role is held by Debbie Wakeford – debbie.wakeford@hockeywales.org.uk
The GM Agenda, papers, nomination details, voting requirements and proxy forms will be released no later than Thursday 6th July 2023.
