Jo Westwood

Jo plays in the Premier Division for East Grinstead HC. Prior to this, she played for Holcombe HC, Whitchurch Saints, Cardiff & Met and Swansea. The defender has played for Wales at U16/18 and captained the U18 in the Europeans to A division. Since making her Senior debut in 2012 against Ireland, she has been to the Commonwealth Games in both 2014 and 2018, played a number of European competitions and attended World League competitions. Jo is Director of Hockey at Felsted School, previously coached Teddington HC and last season coached Braintree HC.
