Roseanne Thomas

Rose began her career playing hockey for Newport Hockey Club and has represented Wales from the age of 13. Rose made her Senior debut against Ireland in 2011, and has achieved over 85 combined caps with appearances for Wales and Great Britain. Her Welsh appearances include six EuroHockey Championship tournaments, 2018 Commonwealth Games and 2021 World Cup Qualifiers. Rose has been awarded “Best Goalkeeper” in the 2021 World Cup Qualifiers, 2019 FIH Series Finals and 2016 FIH Hockey World League. Rose is part of a small group of Welsh players to represent Great Britain, she was delighted to be part of the programme from 2016- 2018.
